The new Student House will provide space for education, life and entertainment of the young people who will become Ukrainian elites in future. The project is aimed at providing NaUKMA students with comfortable accommodation in Kyiv – the space where they can live, study, have rest and go in for sports within one complex of buildings.

The general plan presupposes renovation of now functioning dorm and construction of a new building consisting of two 16-floor sectors with 294 living rooms for 500 people. The project also includes a sports zone with a swimming pool, gym and fitness-hall, culture and entertainment zone, cafes, centers for medical and domestic services, winter garden, underground parking for 40 cars and an open parking. All premises will be properly equipped for access and free movement of people with special needs.

The new Student House will be able to host 885 students; 500 of them will be accommodated in the new building. The process of building will take 27 months from the date of obtaining finance.

Renovation of the already functioning dormitory at Tsvetayevoyi Street and construction of two new 16-flour sectors was projected in 2011 by Policonstructive Company. The Chief Architect of the project – V. Huliayev.
