The project is based on resource saving technologies and strategies of saving planted land.

The complex will be located in the left-bank Kyiv, Desnyanskyi district. Total construction surface – 0.9 ha.

The complex will be located in a loose built-up block of apartment buildings.

The main entrance opens to an enclosed court in the southern part of the complex.

The projected buildings will not impede normal insolation of already existing buildings. The project is environmentally friendly.

All premises will be properly equipped for access and free movement of people with special needs.

In the enclosed court there will be recreation zones and green space.

The facade with projecting and recessed balconies rhythmically combines glass and opaque surfaces.

Reconstruction of the functioning dorm will include replacement of general utilities and elevators, and construction of a new building. A stylobation will join the two buildings with a two-level sports and recreation zone in the northern part of the complex.
